Satguru Maharaj Ji, founder of the One Love Family, has issued a strong caution to Primate Elijah Ayodele of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, urging him to cease making negative prophecies about President Bola Tinubu and Nigeria. Maharaj Ji asserted that Ayodele’s predictions of doom will not come to pass, advising him to learn from past figures like Primate Olabayo and TB Joshua, whose grim forecasts reportedly backfired on them.
Responding to Ayodele’s recent statements claiming that the current administration cannot resolve Nigeria’s economic challenges, Maharaj Ji questioned why a religious leader would consistently focus on negative predictions. He stated that religious leaders in the Bible and Quran typically follow a God of peace, love, and unity. He argued that even when adverse visions come to them, they should act as agents of divine intervention rather than spreading fear.
Maharaj Ji further alleged that Ayodele’s prophecy seemed politically driven, aiming to mislead the public and destabilize the government, which he called “a neo-colonialist tactic” and “treasonous.” He suggested that Ayodele should abandon what he described as colonialist influences and return to the path of divine integrity, warning that if such negative predictions lead to national collapse, Ayodele himself would also suffer the consequences.
