The draw for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) has been completed. The draw ceremony took place at the newly built Parc des Expositions in Abidjan on Thursday.
Nigeria’s national team, the Super Eagles, has been allocated to Group A, where they will compete alongside the host nation Ivory Coast. The defending champions of AFCON, Senegal, find themselves in Group C, where they will be facing off against Cameroon, Guinea, and The Gambia.
The tournament is scheduled to be held in January 2024. The full draw results are as follows:
