Tottenham Sign Czech Goalkeeper Kinsky Amid Injury Crisis

Tottenham Hotspur have signed 21-year-old goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky from Slavia Prague on a contract running until 2031, the Premier League club announced on Sunday. The transfer is pending a work permit and international clearance.

Kinsky’s arrival bolsters manager Ange Postecoglou’s goalkeeping options following first-choice keeper Guglielmo Vicario’s extended absence after undergoing surgery for a broken ankle in November.

Postecoglou has been grappling with a spate of injuries to key players in recent weeks, compounded by an illness that swept through the squad. As of Thursday, the manager revealed he had just 11 fit players available ahead of their 2-1 loss to Newcastle United on Saturday. Second-choice keeper Fraser Forster missed the match due to illness, prompting Brandon Austin to make his club debut.
