2027: Your policies’ll lead to your defeat – NNPP Chairman dares Tinubu

The Kano State Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Hashimu Suleiman Dungurawa, has predicted that President Bola Tinubu will be voted out of office in the 2027 general election due to his unpopular policies.

In a statement, Dungurawa criticized Tinubu’s administration for implementing policies he described as anti-people, which he believes will lead to the president’s defeat if he seeks re-election.

“Tinubu, you either change these policies or Nigerians will collectively change you. Be prepared for defeat if you decide to contest for a second term,” the statement read.

He added, “From his inauguration on May 29, 2023, President Tinubu began introducing policies that have been harsh on the masses. It feels as though he is punishing us, as these policies continue unabated.”

Dungurawa expressed optimism about the NNPP’s chances in 2027, stating that the party is poised to win across all 36 states and secure the presidency.

“With the challenges and hardships created by the APC government, it’s only a matter of time. We are determined to ensure Tinubu is voted out in 2027, paving the way for Kwankwaso, a true democrat, to lead the nation,” he concluded.
