ICPC identifies MDAs engaged in job racketeering

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has accused several Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) of involvement in job racketeering and vowed to take action against those responsible in the coming days.

This was disclosed by the ICPC Chairman, Musa Aliyu, during a high-level seminar marking the 2024 International Anti-Corruption Day.

Aliyu commended the younger generation in Nigeria for their strong resistance to corruption, describing it as a promising sign of a future grounded in integrity.

Addressing the issue of sexual harassment in tertiary institutions, Aliyu assured that the ICPC was prioritizing the matter and expressed confidence that the menace would soon be eradicated.
