Bill Gates To Stand Trial Over COVID-19 Vaccine Claims

A Dutch court announced on Wednesday that billionaire and prominent vaccine advocate Bill Gates will face trial in the Netherlands for allegedly misleading the public regarding the safety of COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic.

Reports indicate that seven plaintiffs have claimed to suffer injuries from the vaccines and have sued Gates, along with former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch state.

According to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the lawsuit was filed last year, identifying Gates as one of the “experts” who made numerous claims about the experimental COVID vaccines.

In a 2020 article, Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, stated, “We aren’t sure which vaccines will be the most effective yet, and each requires unique technology to make… Otherwise, we’ll waste months after the lab develops an immunization, waiting for the right manufacturer to scale up.”

The plaintiffs argue that Gates, through his associations with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), is implicated in a broader agenda dubbed “The Great Reset Project,” which they claim aimed to exploit the pandemic to implement extensive societal changes under the pretext of public health.

The lawsuit alleges that this agenda involved promoting vaccines known to be unsafe. The plaintiffs also contend they were misled into receiving these harmful injections, leading to serious physical and mental health issues post-vaccination.

They assert that Gates made misleading statements about the vaccines, including claims that they would stop transmission, prevent illness, and eliminate the need for masks.

One of the seven plaintiffs has reportedly died since the lawsuit was filed, leaving six others to continue the legal battle against Gates and the other defendants. These ordinary Dutch citizens, whose identities remain confidential in court documents, say they believed the vaccine narrative and are now facing the consequences.

Reports indicate that Gates attempted to dismiss the case, but the court denied his request, citing jurisdictional issues due to his status as an American citizen.

He has been ordered to pay the plaintiffs’ legal fees amounting to €1,406.00 ($1,518.44) within 14 days or face further penalties.

A new hearing is scheduled for November 27, 2024.

In 2020, Gates warned that developing a COVID-19 vaccine was only part of the challenge, stating, “Multiple vaccines are currently in human trials, but we can’t predict which will be the most effective. Countries need to invest in various manufacturing facilities now, even if some ultimately go unused.”
