EPL: Bruno Fernandes outlines three things Man Utd did to beat Fulham

Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, has highlighted three key elements that contributed to their victory over Fulham in their away Premier League match on Saturday.

Fernandes, who scored a late winning goal at Craven Cottage, expressed his admiration for his teammates’ efforts in creating the winning opportunity against Fulham. He emphasized that Erik ten Hag’s team displayed sacrifice, running, and hard work during the game.

“It’s all about the collective effort and the contributions of everyone on the field. Each player has to be willing to make sacrifices, put in the effort, and work diligently. Even during the goal, you could see that everyone was putting in the hard work to secure the ball, and that’s what led to the goal,” said the Portuguese midfielder.

He also acknowledged the challenging circumstances the team faced after two consecutive losses, and stressed the importance of delivering a different performance in this particular match.

“Everyone understands that the situation was not easy, especially following the two recent defeats. Today’s game required us to bring something unique to the table, and we managed to do that. We secured the three points, and that is the most crucial outcome,” Fernandes added.
